1ယေဘုယျ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ
ဤစာရွက်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ ("T&C") သည် KBZGame ("ကျွန်ုပ်တို့"၊ "platform") နှင့် platform ကို ဝင်ရောက်အသုံးပြုသူ ("ကစားသမား"၊ "သင်") တို့ကြားတွင် legal agreement တစ်ရပ် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
KBZGame website (kbzgame.vu) နှင့် KBZGame App ကို ဝင်ရောက်သောအချိန်မှစ၍ ဤ T&C ကို ဖတ်ရှုပြီး သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါသည်။ T&C ကို သဘောမတူပါက platform ကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးမပြုပါနှင့်။
KBZGame ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ Myanmar ဒေသအတွင်း ရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ ကစားသမားသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင် jurisdiction ၌ online gaming ကို အသုံးပြုခွင့် ရှိ/မရှိ ကိုယ်တိုင် တာဝန်ယူ စစ်ဆေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
2Account ဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် အသုံးပြုမှု
2.1 Eligibility
KBZGame account ဖွင့်နိုင်သူမှာ —
- အသက်ပြည့်ပြီးသူ (ဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာ ပြည့်မှီသောအသက်) ဖြစ်ရမည်
- Myanmar နိုင်ငံ၌ တည်ရှိသောသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
- KBZGame ၌ တစ်ကြိမ်မက ပိတ်သိမ်းခံဖူးသောသူ မဟုတ်ရ
- legal capacity ပြည့်ဝသောသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
2.2 တစ်ကိုယ်ရည် Account တစ်ခုသာ
ကစားသမားတစ်ဦးသည် KBZGame ၌ account တစ်ခုသာ ဖွင့်ခွင့် ရှိပါသည်။ duplicate account ဖွင့်ပြီး bonus ရရှိရန် ကြိုးစားခြင်းကို fraud အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ပြီး accounts အားလုံးကို ပိတ်သိမ်း၍ balance ကို confiscate ပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

ကစားသမားသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင် account ၏ username, password ကို လုံခြုံစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး third-party နှင့် share ခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော ပြဿနာများ အတွက် KBZGame မှ တာဝန်မယူပါ။ account ကို unauthorized access ဖြစ်နေပါက KBZGame support ကို ချက်ချင်း ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။

9Account ပိတ်သိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် ဆိုင်ဆိုင်ရာ

10အထွေထွေ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ

10.2 Limitation of Liability
KBZGame သည် network outage, server maintenance, force majeure event ကြောင့် platform ကို ယာယီ ရပ်နားထားနိုင်ပြီး ထိုအချိန်တွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများအတွက် KBZGame မှ တာဝန်မယူပါ။ ထို့အတူ ကစားသမား ကိုယ်တိုင် ၏ decision ကြောင့် ဖြစ်သော ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများ game outcome losses အတွက်လည်း KBZGame မှ တာဝန်မယူပါ။
10.3 Dispute Resolution

10.5 Entire Agreement
ဤ T&C သည် KBZGame ၏ Privacy Policy, VIP terms, individual promotion terms တို့နှင့်အတူ ကစားသမားနှင့် KBZGame ကြားရှိ entire agreement ကို ဖွဲ့စည်းပါသည်။ prior oral ဖြေ written agreement မဆိုလျင် ဤ T&C ကို override မပြုနိုင်ပါ။
